This policy explains what information kakarr.com collects, how it is used and the choices you have. The website is operated by Abrar “AK” Kakarr, a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson associated with Atelier by Wendy Maitland.

When you contact AK through the “Speak with me” form, we collect your full name, email address, phone number and your message. If you book a consultation, call, text or email AK, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your contact details and information about a property.

Like most websites, kakarr.com uses cookies and similar technologies from our service providers to understand how visitors find and use the site. This can include your browser and device type, pages you visit, the website or link that brought you here, and your approximate location based on your IP address.

Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of receiving services.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the website and provide services:

• Service providers that host and support the site and our communications, including Webflow (website hosting and form submissions), HubSpot (customer records and website analytics) and Calendly (consultation booking). They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
• Atelier by Wendy Maitland, the brokerage AK is licensed with, as part of normal brokerage supervision and record keeping.
• Others involved in your transaction, such as another agent, attorney or lender, when you ask us to or when it is needed to move your transaction forward.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, our business or others.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but we may not be able to see how you found it. Embedded videos and links to other sites, such as YouTube, Instagram or Calendly, are governed by those companies’ own privacy policies.

We keep your information for as long as it is needed to respond to you and provide services, and for as long as real estate and brokerage record-keeping rules require. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email ak@awmrealestate.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Some information may need to be kept to meet legal or brokerage requirements.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and our service providers use industry-standard security. No website or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as bank account or Social Security numbers through the contact form.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
